Welcome to The Standard Select (TheStandardSelect.com) owned and operated by         Aquantium Group LLC. By accessing or using this Website, you ("User," "visitor," "customer") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please exit the Website immediately.

1. PROPRIETARY BRANDING & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

  • The V² Vetting System: All proprietary research, the (V² Vetted) methodologies, the V² Badge/Seal design, titles, text layouts, and product analysis formats are the intellectual property of Aquantium Group LLC.

  • Restrictions: You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or modify our research reports, logo variations, or badged imagery for commercial or external use without express written consent from the Founder.

 

2. AMAZON ASSOCIATES AFFILIATE DISCLOSURE

  • The Hand-off Model: The Standard Select is a participant in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program, an affiliate advertising program designed to provide a means for sites to earn advertising fees by advertising and linking to Amazon.com.

  • No Price Markups: Clicking on our custom (V² Vetted Badge Buttons) or external links redirects you to Amazon to complete your purchase. We do not process payments, manage inventory, or ship products directly. Your purchase price remains exactly the same; we simply receive a small commission (That is not built into or added to the price) for our independent Vetting, Verification and referral services.

  • Platform Liability: We are not responsible for Amazon’s shipping delays, inventory shortages, customer service disputes, or pricing changes. All product warranties, returns, and payment issues must be handled directly through Amazon.com.

 

3. THE "PROFIT WITH PURPOSE" INCUBATOR MODEL

  • Community Submissions: Independent creators and emerging founders who submit products to our platform for vetting understand that submission does not guarantee placement.

  • The 100% Profit Promise: For items explicitly vetted, hosted, and sold through our Community Incubator pipeline, The Standard Select and Aquantium Financial Group LLC return 100% of the platform-generated referral profits directly to the original creator or their designated charity.

  • No Partnership Implied: Participation in the incubator model does not constitute a legal partnership, joint venture, or employment agreement between the founder and Aquantium Financial Group LLC.

 

4. NO FRAUD & ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY

  • System Integrity: Users are strictly prohibited from attempting to bypass our external link structures, scraping our research reports, or using bots to manipulate traffic.

  • Third-Party Marks: Amazon, the Amazon logo, and any product brand names featured in our reviews are trademarks of their respective owners. The Standard Select claims no ownership over external brand names, logos, or manufacturing specifications.

 

5. DISCLAIMERS & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

  • "Solid and Real" Accuracy: While our research teams make every effort to calculate accurate "cost-per-roll," "cost-per-use," and formula metrics, all data is provided "as is" for informational and educational purposes. Manufacturing specifications and online pricing change frequently; we do not guarantee that current Amazon data will always match historical reports.

  • Wellness & Safety Disclaimer: Product evaluations (such as skincare active ingredients, wellness supplements, or home safety devices) do not substitute for professional medical, safety, or legal advice. Use all products strictly according to the manufacturer’s instructions.

 

6. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the  State of New York, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding relating to your access to or use of the Website shall be instituted exclusively in a state or federal court in New York.
